Daljit Juneja (Vice-President)
Daljeet Juneja has been living in Canada for the past 42 years. He has been working as an Auto Technician in the Public Works Department for the City of Hamilton for 35 years. He has been involved in community services for several years. As a Punjabi Sikh, he devoted his services to the Sikh Sangat Gurdwara, located in the City of Dundas for 6 years, which serves the larger community Hamilton, Burlington and StoneyCreek. His love for serving the community he has continue to enter the volunteer service for The Victoria Order of Nurses (VON) Meals on Wheels Program for the past 2 years. He has started as volunteer for India Canada Society as an Executive Member an at present serving as Vice Present for a total of four years.
Arvind Sahay (Secretary)
Arvind and wife, Neerja moved to Hamilton in 2008 from Shanghai where he lived for 3 ½ years. Prior to this he lived in Ottawa and Montreal. Arvind is a Chemical Engineer and was active in the Hindi Association in Montreal. In Hamilton, he is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the City of Hamilton Immigration and Refugee committee. Arvind and Neerja have a son and a daughter, both living in New York.
Jayanti Parekh (Treasurer)
Jayanti Parekh (Jay) has lived in Hamilton since 1970. He taught as a Secondary School Teacher from 1970 to 2000 for the Hamilton Board of Education. He has been an ICS member since 1975. Jay has been President of ICS in the past and currently is the Treasurer of the society. Currently he is also a volunteer Grant Review Team member with the Ontario Trillium Foundation and also a Board Member of the Seniors Seva Mandal of Hamilton. He is also a past board member of the Mountain Legal Clinic in Hamilton and Past President of Hindu Samaj of Hamilton. Jay has a Master of Science degree in Economics and a diploma in Secondary School Teacher Education.
